Rooms are available from 1:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please inform the hotel if your arrival time is after 8:00 PM.
Check-in between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM will not be allowed under any circumstances.
The reservation will be confirmed after a deposit of €100.00 per room has been made.
Accepted payment methods: debit card/credit card (no American Express) and cash.
Please note that from January 1, 2016, the Municipality of Malcesine will apply a tourist tax to all guests aged 15 and over. The tourist tax is not included in the hotel prices and must be paid separately.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, OR EARLY DEPARTURE, THE FOLLOWING COSTS WILL APPLY:
In case of cancellation made up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, no charge will be applied.
In case of cancellation made after this period or in the event of a no-show, the entire deposit will be retained.
In case of early departure compared to the booked period, the hotel may charge the full cost of the stay.
